We are currently seeking a Lead Planning Engineer to join our growing team in India.

Job Description
- To develop the most appropriate method and sequence of shutdown and turnaround activities
- To Manage, control & report on the Planning and Scheduling activities.
- To develop strategies, determine material and labour costs, and monitor crew performance.
- Manage the planning & scheduling as part of the overall programme.
- Assist in the preparation of the programme master schedule and perform critical path analysis.
- Prepare scheduled performance measurement reports, forecasts and studies.
- Develop and implement project control procedures.
- Prepare project plans and detailed manpower utilization plans.
- Preparation of L-2 and L-3 schedules using software packages such as MS Projects / Primavera and progress monitoring.
- Preparation of actual Vs scheduled progress, forecasting, and resource planning such as manpower and machinery.
- Monitor critical path & overall schedule on a daily basis by collecting the necessary data.
Requirements/Qualifications/Skills/Experience
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in planning of shut down and turnaround projects in the oil and gas and petrochemical sector.
- Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Primavera/MS-Project and computer literate.
- B.E Mech/Dip. Mech Qualification.
