
To inaugurate the program, managers across CR3’s global operations travelled to Thailand for a five-day Leadership Development and Contract Management training course.
The leadership training focused on honing essential skills like effective communication, strategic decision-making, and the ability to inspire others. Participants engaged in interactive workshops, real-world case studies, and insightful discussions, gaining practical knowledge to lead with confidence and adaptability.
The Contract Management session provided our team with in-depth knowledge about navigating complex agreements. Topics covered negotiation strategies, risk management, and other methods for ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
