Thailand’s Ministry of Labour requires all enterprise supervisors to be appointed as Safety Officers at the supervisory level and complete mandatory training. To support local businesses in meeting this requirement, CR3 provided a complimentary two-day “Safety Officer: Supervisory Level” training course.
The training programme helps supervisors from industrial companies develop practical skills in workplace safety management. Participants learn to identify and assess risks, implement safety protocols, and build safety awareness within their teams.
The course covers the regulatory framework, hazard identification techniques, incident investigation procedures, and practical safety management tools. Upon completion, participants receive certification that validates their qualification as Safety Officers at the supervisory level, meeting the Ministry of Labour’s requirements.
By offering this training, CR3 helps organisations comply with safety regulations whilst developing their supervisors’ capabilities. The programme particularly benefits smaller companies that may lack dedicated safety training resources.
Participants have come from the manufacturing, construction, logistics, and energy sectors, creating opportunities for cross-industry learning and sharing best practices. The training forms part of CR3’s ongoing commitment to supporting workplace safety standards across Thailand’s industrial sector.
