CR3 Thailand marked the First Cut and HSE Commitment Campaign at its Rayong Facility, formally commencing yard-based fabrication works for a Low BTU Flare Tip Upgrade Project.

The First Cut milestone signals the transition from engineering and preparatory activities to physical fabrication. Recognising the importance of early HSE engagement, CR3 integrated a dedicated HSE commitment initiative into this project milestone.

The event brought together client representatives, CR3 project management, technical partners, HSE, QA/QC, construction supervision, and the fabrication workforce. Before any physical work began, the team participated in management briefings, an HSE commitment session, and a review of emergency arrangements and safe work procedures. The First Cut was then executed under controlled conditions with full PPE compliance and continuous HSE supervision.

This type of structured kick-off reflects how CR3 approaches fabrication projects. By reinforcing safety expectations from day one, the team establishes clear expectations for the work that follows. Routine toolbox talks and periodic HSE engagements will continue throughout the fabrication phase.

CR3’s Rayong Facility provides fabrication, maintenance, and specialist engineering services to clients across the oil and gas and energy sectors in Thailand and the wider region.
