For an industrial services contractor, human rights means safe work, fair treatment, no discrimination and respect for everyone on site, including contractors and business partners.

CR3 Thailand’s approach is guided by the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs) and Thailand’s National Action Plan on Business and Human Rights (NAP). The company carries out human rights due diligence (HRDD) suited to its operations and engages with employees, contractors, business partners and other stakeholders across its value chain.
