We are proud to share a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to safety!

In collaboration with our client, we have launched a Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS) campaign to raise safety standards at our Jamnagar site in India. This strategic initiative targets three key areas proven to impact workplace safety:

  • Proper PPE usage: Ensuring everyone consistently uses the correct protective equipment.
  • Adherence to safety protocols: Emphasising the importance of following established procedures.
  • Eliminating potentially hazardous shortcuts: Promoting safe practices, even under pressure.

The campaign launched with a distinctive pledge ceremony to inspire a strong personal commitment to safety. Employees at all levels, from management to field staff, participated in a symbolic act by creating handprints on banners using water-based paint. These banners now stand prominently at the entrances of each unit, serving as daily reminders of their shared promise to prioritise safety.

Safety at CR3 is more than merely adhering to rules—it is about cultivating a culture where safety becomes instinctive. We believe that safety is not just a set of protocols but a shared responsibility and a testament to how deeply we value our people. It is about consistently doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.
