ADIPEC 2025 provided a prestigious backdrop for the signing of the CR3 and Samsung E&A partnership.

Tuesday, 4th November 2025, marked a significant milestone as CR3 and Samsung E&A formalised their Long-Term Cooperation agreement.

Opening the proceedings, Mr Min Chul Kim, Leader of Construction Partners Strategy at Samsung E&A, highlighted that “CR3 is one of the key players of South and Eastern Asia for pre-commissioning and commissioning work. And as we know, CR3 is the best performer in this field.”

Building on this endorsement, Dean Bell, COO of CR3 and Liberty Energy Solutions, addressed attendees: “Today culminates a long history of successful projects, turning what has been a traditional supplier and customer relationship into a true partnership. We’re very excited about what the next three years in this agreement bring and beyond.”

Mr Ki Youl Lee, Head of Construction for Samsung E&A, reinforced the partnership’s significance: “CR3 has been one of our best partners, and it has shown great performance in Thailand and also on the OGP Project in Malaysia. Based on today’s agreement, I hope we continue our successful collaboration not only in Southeast Asia, but also in the Middle East.”

Covering pre-commissioning and commissioning specialised activities, the agreement includes ongoing Malaysian operations and a large-scale clean fuel facility in the UAE. This partnership is central to our multi-regional expansion strategy, strengthening our ability to serve major energy clients across diverse markets.
