CR3 is pleased to announce the appointment of Siddharth Shrivastav as Vice President for CR3 India. Based in Mumbai, he will lead the India business.
Siddharth brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across the industrial sector, spanning equipment manufacturing, engineering services and EPC businesses in India and China. His career covers the oil and gas, petrochemical, power and wider process industries, with a consistent record of building and scaling businesses and improving operational performance.
Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Nu-Vu Conair India, part of the Piovan Group, where he led an automation and equipment business through post-acquisition integration and expansion. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at several established industrial and engineering companies, including Country Manager and Board Director at the Riwal Group, Vice President at Grundfos Pumps India and Managing Director at Howden India, where he held full P&L responsibility across three manufacturing units and helped form the company’s joint venture with Larsen & Toubro. He also led greenfield start-ups in China for Elgi Equipments and began his career at Larsen & Toubro.
A mechanical engineer by training, Siddharth holds a Bachelor of Engineering from MIT Manipal and a postgraduate management qualification from XLRI Jamshedpur. His experience across India’s industrial and energy markets, together with his background working alongside private equity sponsors, will support the continued growth of CR3’s business in the region.
