CR3 recently completed its first ECITB-approved Mechanical Joint Integrity (MJI) training sessions in Singapore. The Level 1 and Level 3 sessions brought together technicians from Singapore and Malaysia.
The training covered three key modules that build the skills our technicians need for safe, effective critical bolted connection operations:
These modules provide comprehensive training in how to assemble, tighten, and inspect bolted joints correctly. These skills are essential for preventing leaks in high-pressure systems. The certification is recognised globally, ensuring our teams can apply proven best practices in mechanical maintenance.

Developing our workforce capabilities remains a priority at CR3. Equipping our teams with these skills helps prevent leaks and strengthen mechanical integrity, making site operations safer and more reliable.
Congratulations to all technicians who achieved their ECITB MJI certification through this programme.
