The grand opening ceremony was attended by a distinguished gathering of valued customers, technical partners, senior management, CR3 board members, and representatives from the local media.
CR3 Chairman Kyle Shaw opened the event with an inspiring speech, highlighting the new facility’s pivotal role in strengthening the partnership between CR3 and ZymeFlow. This partnership underscores our unwavering commitment to becoming the leading provider of decontamination services in Asia.
Group CEO Roberto Beneventi then addressed the audience, acknowledging the exceptional efforts of the Thailand project teams in completing the facility. He also underscored the transformative nature of this project, marking CR3’s expansion into manufacturing and engineering services to provide comprehensive solutions for our customers.
Following the opening speeches, Chairman Kyle activated the rooftop solar array, comprising 272 panels capable of generating up to 164.56 KWp; this sustainable energy solution will power the facility and surrounding buildings, contributing significantly to CR3’s environmental goals.
The official ribbon-cutting ceremony performed by Kyle and Roberto marked the facility’s formal opening. Group Chemical Production Manager Mr Wiboon Ritthongpithak gave guests a tour of the plant, culminating with Kyle initiating the blending equipment to produce the first batch of ZymeFlow UN-657, symbolising the commencement of operations.
The alliance with ZymeFlow positions CR3 to deliver a broader range of best-in-class, eco-friendly decontamination solutions. The Thailand facility and an additional blending facility under construction in India demonstrate the powerful synergy and global reach made possible by this partnership.
