Dean has over 30 years of experience in the energy services industry. He began his career at Schlumberger, where he spent more than 20 years in various positions across global operations, including senior management roles in France, the Middle East, and Kazakhstan. Dean subsequently joined Weatherford International in Dubai, UAE, where he advanced to President of their Services Product Lines during his six-year tenure.
Before joining CR3, Dean served as Group Managing Director of Harris Pye in Dubai and Chairman of the Board of Excel Marco in Singapore from 2021. From 2022, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Alturki Holding Group – Sawafi in Saudi Arabia.
Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering with honours from the Colorado School of Mines.
