To support World Environment Day 2023, CR3 carried out several green initiatives across three locations in India.
Our onsite teams planted over 300 Neem Trees at our project locations and laydown yards, while the office teams at our new headquarters in Mumbai planted thousands of millet seeds in the surrounding gardens. Each year, the millet seeds will produce a cereal crop, and once the harvest is complete, new seeds will be planted.
This year’s theme for World Environment Day is “Beat Plastic Pollution”, and with this in mind, all our onsite teams completed a major housekeeping effort collecting as much plastic and rubbish as possible.
World Environment Day serves as a platform to raise awareness of the pressing climate issues. It is an opportunity for companies and individuals worldwide to come together and address the challenges while promoting sustainable practices.
At CR3, we strongly believe it is crucial to participate in this global movement and contribute to a greener and healthier planet for us all.
