In December, CR3 held an Innovation Day and 20th Anniversary celebration at their Rayong facility.
The event attracted over 500 visitors and allowed them to see, hear, touch and feel “CR3 in Action” and the chance to meet many of our technology partners who co-sponsored the occasion.
Various technical displays, which were repeated throughout the day, show cased some of the most advanced and innovative maintenance solutions being applied in the world today.
Some of the innovations on show included specialized lifting equipment for performing flare tip changes offshore, automatic water jet solutions for cleaning heat exchangers and vessels, robots for catalyst unloading and tank cleaning, drones for performing chimney and other high rise structure inspections, pneumatic conveying of adsorbents, online leak sealing and the latest emergency rescue techniques.
There were Lucky Prize Draws at various stages during the day and some of fabulous prizes donated by CR3 Thailand and our sponsors included an iPad, drone, camera, golf equipment, computer monitor, air fryer and 1 night for 2 persons at the Hard Rock hotel in Pattaya. There was a great deal of local media interest and the event was covered by the likes of Channel 11 Thailand, Daily News Thailand, Matichon and Rayong News.
