In CR3, it has been a tradition to recognise our long-serving employees across all businesses. These Long Service Awards highlight the importance we place on employee loyalty and dedication as a key foundation to our growth.
This was evident again during the Year End Celebrations in our Indian business. Mr Laxman Shinde was awarded a Long Service Award for 15 years of service, while his colleague, Mr Mitesh Patil, was awarded a Long Service Award for completing 10 years of service.
Mr Manoj Kumar and Mr Omkar Walawalkar were on hand to present the Long Service Awards to both recipients, respectively.
Meanwhile, during an inter-company Cricket Tournament in Mangalore, Miss Joyce Serrao presented Mr Rajesh Kumar with his Long Service Award for 15 years of service.
