
CR3 teams, working in conjunction with the client and local partner, devised a detailed plan to address all the intricacies a project of this nature requires, such as pre-start preparation, scheduling and the execution of the turnaround itself.
The comprehensive turnaround scope included activities such as column repairs, heat exchanger cleaning, rotating equipment maintenance, and catalyst replacement.
Despite facing challenges such as extended periods of inclement weather, our workforce of over 600 personnel successfully completed the project within the stipulated timeframe while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
The professionalism displayed by our teams was duly recognised by the client, who awarded CR3 with a certificate of commendation, acknowledging our position as the turnaround leader in terms of excellence in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
