With the support of two technical partners, CR3 led the EPICIC project, replacing the flare tip and upgrading critical components of the offshore platform’s flare system.
Working within the constraints of a complete shutdown schedule left no margin for error. Any delays would have had a cascading effect on the entire production start-up schedule. CR3 coordinated with the client and our partners to meticulously plan and execute each phase of the project to ensure on-time delivery without compromising safety or quality.
This project required six offshore rotations with a combined personnel count of 167. These campaigns spanned approximately 149 days and were completed with zero lost time injuries. This impeccable safety record resulted in CR3 receiving an HSE Recognition Award from the client for outstanding offshore safety performance.
